Joseph Aulicino is an accomplished and experienced litigator, having achieved success for clients in both Arizona and New York. Licensed in both jurisdictions since 2016 and 2000, respectively, he has managed cases, mainly, in the practice areas of commercial litigation and real estate. His skills concerning legal writing and marshalling the facts of a given case to put forth the client’s strongest position while preparing against the opposition's contentions, with precision, are of the highest quality. These skills have been instrumental in sharpening his acumen in the civil litigation forum.
Joseph’s experience includes litigating in both state and federal courts, and encompasses trial, arbitration and appellate practice. Civility and professionalism are guiding tenets in his practice of law which have enabled Joseph to establish good relationships with clients and colleagues who have expressed their appreciation for the manner in which he goes about his work.
Whether it be the application of contract, tort, or real estate law, Joseph has managed litigation matters on behalf of business entities and individuals including disputes involving breach of contract, quiet title and partition of real property actions, consumer fraud, negligent misrepresentation, common law fraud, construction defect, landlord-tenant disputes, product defect, non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions in employment agreements, negligence and injury.
Born and raised in New York, Joseph attended Cornell University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. Before coming to Arizona where he enjoys the beautiful sunshine and engages in sports activities, Joseph earned his professional degree of Juris Doctor at Southwestern University School of Law. He is conversant in Italian. As a fan of sports, he enjoys attending sporting events and watching good competition. He also enjoys hitting topspin winners on the tennis court.
